💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the implementation engine for a fast-growing tax compliance startup. You'll own the onboarding metrics, refine playbooks, and ensure a white-glove experience for customers as volume surges. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and builds scalable systems from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach a team of 10+ Implementation Managers
• Drive team-level outcomes including TTV and CSAT
• Build scalable playbooks and internal tooling
• Serve as escalation point for complex implementations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or onboarding
• 2+ years managing teams in high-growth phases
• Comfortable discussing APIs and data migrations
• Proven ability to design workflows from scratch
