Description

You will champion AI adoption across the company, developing training programs and identifying high-impact use cases. Partner with IT and InfoSec to ensure safe deployment of AI tools, while managing the internal AI roadmap and staying current with the evolving AI landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, change management, or technical training
• Deep knowledge of generative AI landscape (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for non-technical audiences
• Proven program management experience with roadmap and timeline management
• Experience collaborating with IT or InfoSec with data privacy awareness

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal champion for AI adoption through presentations and demos
• Design and deliver AI training programs tailored to different departments
• Partner with department heads to identify AI-driven efficiency opportunities
• Collaborate with IT and InfoSec to evaluate and deploy AI platforms securely
• Own the roadmap for internal AI deployment and measure usage metrics
