You'll join Base as a Journeyman Electrician scaling the future of energy in Houston. You'll be on-site daily troubleshooting battery system failures and ensuring install quality passes inspection. This role offers competitive compensation and clear growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and battery system failures.
• Perform rework to ensure installs pass inspection.
• Meet inspectors and resolve issues in real time.
• Onboard and provide hands-on training for new installation crews.

📋 Requirements

• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license.
• 4+ years of experience with battery backups, EV chargers, or whole-home generators.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to crews and inspectors.
