You will manage project teams and processes for healthcare IT implementations, defining scope, plans, and budgets while leading resources and ensuring stakeholder communication. Your role is critical to delivering integrated healthcare solutions and supporting go-live activities.

Requirements

• Project management experience delivering integrated healthcare solutions
• Full project lifecycle experience through initiation, go-live, and closure
• Healthcare knowledge or 3+ years with HIS/LIMS system
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• University degree or 10+ years managing large, complex projects in healthcare IT

Responsibilities

• Manage project team members and influence accountability
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Produce and manage project, quality, and communications plans
• Manage budget, resources, and escalation of risks/issues
• Lead handover to support and lessons learned activities
