💼 About This Role

You'll join the GTM Operations team at Workato, a leader in enterprise automation and iPaaS. You'll provide day-to-day operational support to Customer Success teams while leveraging AI tools like OpenAI/Claude to modernize workflows. This role offers hands-on experience with the Workato platform and exposure to cross-functional strategic initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with CS, Sales, Product teams on strategic initiatives
• Provide day-to-day operational support to CS teams and leadership
• Utilize OpenAI/Claude to improve day-to-day operations
• Become proficient in Workato platform to build automations
• Write business process and technical documentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, business or technical preferred
• Able to commit to a 12-month contract role
• Intermediate SQL knowledge
• Very strong in AI prompting and creative AI application
• Experience with CRMs, preferably Salesforce
