💼 About This Role

You'll own the layout of complex PCBAs for Skydio's next-generation autonomous drones, collaborating with EE, RF, and mechanical teams. You'll establish design standards and drive continuous improvement in tool flows and manufacturability. This role offers the chance to shape world-class hardware at the leading US drone company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own layout of complex PCBAs from outline to release.
• Establish and maintain design standards and libraries.
• Collaborate with EE, ME, RF, and manufacturing teams.
• Work with fabrication vendors to ensure manufacturability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on PCB layout for high-speed, high-density systems.
• Expert in Cadence Allegro/OrCAD (17.2/25.1).
• Proficient in rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB design.
• Strong grasp of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC principles.

• Familiarity with scripting/automation in PCB tools.
• Experience with PLM systems or robotics/drones.
