You'll own the full lifecycle of field marketing programs across DACH & Benelux, treating each event and webinar as an integrated campaign with clear pipeline objectives. You'll partner closely with Sales, SDR, and global teams to drive measurable engagement and revenue impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategy and execution of DACH & Benelux field marketing portfolio.
• Approach each event as a fully integrated campaign from awareness to nurture.
• Develop localized messaging and assets with regional and global teams.
• Partner with SDR and Sales leadership to maximize lead conversion.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in field marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in event and webinar management as integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline connection.
• Fluent in Dutch with professional English.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, and Swoogo.
• Experience in DACH & Benelux markets.
