You'll lead Ashoka's Empathy initiative in South Asia, collaborating with a global network of social entrepreneurs to make empathy a core skill for every child. Your work will drive systemic change in children's education by weaving together partners like schools, media, and government. This is a unique opportunity to pioneer revenue models and create a lasting social impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the Empathy initiative in South Asia
• Collaborate with CEO and senior stakeholders to build regional teams
• Raise resources and pioneer new revenue models
• Design systems to leverage insights from Ashoka Fellows

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building or scaling organizations
• Proven track record in innovative revenue generation
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and communication
