• Evolve backend architecture for gaming and transactional platforms
• Define and enforce architectural patterns and service boundaries
• Design transaction engines and state management flows
• Drive adoption of distributed system patterns like sagas

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in backend engineering with architect-level roles
• Highly proficient in Go for production distributed systems
• Deep experience with transaction-heavy systems (financial, gaming, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of consistency, concurrency, failure handling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with iGaming platforms or regulated financial systems
• Hands-on experience with saga patterns and compensation flows
• Experience in event-driven or hybrid architectures
