💼 About This Role

You'll provide L2 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications across Finance and Procurement, ensuring system stability and accurate accounting flows. You'll triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve issues. This role offers global exposure within a high-growth organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide L2 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
• Analyze incidents, identify root cause, and apply configuration or data fixes.
• Support P2P flows including procurement, invoicing, payments, and approvals.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of Oracle Fusion ERP functional experience
• Minimum 2 years in L2 production support
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA)
• Working knowledge of OTBI, BIP, and FBDI/ADFdi uploads
