You'll own end-to-end recruitment and drive HR systems for GiveDirectly's Malawi office, ensuring the team attracts and retains top talent. You'll strengthen people practices across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management. This role directly supports a fast-growing organization delivering cash transfers at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all open positions in Malawi.
• Design and improve onboarding, performance management, and development systems.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and staff record-keeping.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience across the full HR lifecycle.
• Strong grasp of Malawi labour law.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and sound judgement.
• Passion for building people-centred organisations.
