💼 About This Role

You'll support the planning, configuration, testing, and long-term support of Crusoe's Workday HCM implementation. Your work will directly impact the employee experience and enable AI infrastructure growth. You'll join a high-performing team building durable systems from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Workday HCM implementation planning, configuration, and delivery
• Participate in requirements gathering and configuration decisions
• Own functional administration for assigned Workday areas
• Execute system testing and troubleshoot issues
• Build and maintain Workday business processes and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of HRIS/People Technology experience with Workday
• Hands-on Workday configuration including business processes, security, calculated fields, and reporting
• Experience supporting annual cycles like open enrollment and talent calibration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Workato or other integration tooling
• Knowledge of global HR operations and scaling systems
