🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain a positive culture through team huddles.
• Lead team meetings focusing on medical quality and well-being.
• Create personalized development plans for doctors.
• Develop recruitment and succession strategies with talent partner.

📋 Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of 24/7 ER experience.
• Unrelenting passion for customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays.
