You will lead global IT operations, overseeing end user services, workplace productivity, endpoint engineering, ITSM, and AV functions to deliver a world-class technology experience for a sustainable aviation company.

Requirements

  • 10+ years IT operations experience, 5+ years in leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field
  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM capabilities
  • Deep experience supporting SaaS workplace and collaboration applications
  • Proven experience managing EUC asset lifecycles and ITSM frameworks (ITIL)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop IT operations team handling Tier 1/2 support
  • Manage workplace productivity stack and collaboration tools
  • Own hardware and software asset lifecycle for EUC
  • Oversee AV and video conferencing systems for hybrid meetings
  • Mature ITSM processes including incident, request, knowledge, and problem management
