You'll partner with leaders and employees to provide day-to-day HR support and drive culture-forward initiatives at our Durham, NC site. You’ll balance operational excellence with engagement impact to foster connection and belonging across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary liaison between PBPs and RTP site employees.
• Partner with site leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Drive execution of annual HR cycles including talent reviews and performance management.
• Deliver employee development programs and lead onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 8+ years HR experience, or Master's with 5+ years.
• Proven experience implementing leadership development and employee engagement strategies.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced industries like life sciences or technology.
