You'll oversee a portfolio of CRE debt investments, leading underwriting and credit analysis for a national real estate credit platform. Your work directly shapes the performance of multimillion-dollar assets and influences key decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead underwriting and valuation of CRE debt investments
• Create 5-10 year cash flow proformas and present to fund leadership
• Manage senior-level sponsor and borrower relationships
• Ensure loan compliance with financial covenants

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of CRE credit or investment experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders

• Argus experience
• CRE Loan Asset/Credit Risk Management background
