💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial and residential land development projects from concept through construction, serving as a key client contact and mentor to junior staff. You'll oversee construction phase services including site visits and shop drawing review.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead preparation of technical drawings for permitting and construction.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of multiple projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with consultants.
• Mentor and train junior staff and support team members.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Civil Engineering with land/site development focus
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related program
• PE license required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and codes
