💼 About This Role

You'll process backend HR transactions for employee queries, benefits, payroll, and compensation, ensuring SLAs are met. You'll also build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for case management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process backend transactions for employee queries, benefits, payroll, and compensation.
• Learn and perform newly transitioned processes to gain subject matter expertise.
• Adhere to critical metrics SLAs and assist in building Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform data management tasks like audits, reporting, and data entry.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services supporting EMEA region.
• Proficiency in ticketing tools and meeting HRSS performance parameters.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 role with shifts (2PM-10PM).
• Self-starter with minimal mentorship and attention to detail.
