Description
You will act as a strategic advisor for GenAI adoption, guiding enterprise clients on AI initiatives and enabling them to derive maximum business value from Shelf's platform. You'll own long-term customer success, drive expansion, and create playbooks to scale GenAI enablement.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or hybrid post-sales role at B2B SaaS company
- Track record of driving expansion and retention across complex enterprise accounts
- Strong domain knowledge of GenAI trends and hands-on experience with tools (e.g., building agents and automation flows)
- Deep consultative ability with strong technical acumen to collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
- Working proficiency with tools like Snowflake, Mixpanel, Looker, or analytics platforms
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor for GenAI adoption, guiding enterprise clients on AI initiatives
- Map customer use cases to tailored GenAI solutions and lead solution design and integration scoping
- Own long-term post-go-live customer success, driving adoption, satisfaction, and expansion
