Description

You will drive Rubrik's channel business in Spain/Iberia by developing strategic partnerships, enabling partners, and accelerating sales through proactive collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in channel development or partner management
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with partner decision-makers
  • Skills in partner enablement and sales acceleration
  • Knowledge of technology alliances (e.g., MSFT, AWS, NetApp, Nutanix)
  • Reporting and metrics tracking capability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow focus partners to increase pipeline and revenue for resell and managed services
  • Integrate Rubrik into partner solutions and manage distribution and regional channel partners
  • Arrange account mappings and meetings with sales team to qualify opportunities
  • Conduct enablement sessions to train partner sales and SE staff
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns through partners
