Description
You will drive Rubrik's channel business in Spain/Iberia by developing strategic partnerships, enabling partners, and accelerating sales through proactive collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Requirements
- Experience in channel development or partner management
- Ability to build strategic relationships with partner decision-makers
- Skills in partner enablement and sales acceleration
- Knowledge of technology alliances (e.g., MSFT, AWS, NetApp, Nutanix)
- Reporting and metrics tracking capability
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow focus partners to increase pipeline and revenue for resell and managed services
- Integrate Rubrik into partner solutions and manage distribution and regional channel partners
- Arrange account mappings and meetings with sales team to qualify opportunities
- Conduct enablement sessions to train partner sales and SE staff
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns through partners
