💼 About This Role

You'll manage and optimize Anduril's customer-facing LMS platform and support scalable training solutions worldwide. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive learner engagement and ensure training effectiveness for both internal and external partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and manage external customer training LMS
• Build and maintain instructor-led training infrastructure
• Upload, test, and troubleshoot SCORM, xAPI, and other file types
• Generate reports and analyze learning activity data

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience administering enterprise LMS platforms
• Proven expertise with Cornerstone Learn administration
• Experience with xAPI/CMI5 file handling and reporting
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with immersive training (VR/AR simulators)
• Experience supporting technical or defense-related training
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design
