🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single post-sales support contact for customers
• Coordinate with internal teams like Delivery and Implementation
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document KPIs
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line related to business unit solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high-level documentation

• Master's degree and certifications preferred
