📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of motion/multimedia design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of Performance Marketing metrics (IPM, CPI, CVR, CTR).
• Experience in mobile gaming or digital advertising.
