You'll design and build highly scalable APIs and robust banking services for Europe's leading finance workspace. You'll work in cross-functional teams to shape our product, owning services architecture and mentoring junior engineers. Our tech stack includes Go, Ruby, React, Kotlin, Swift, AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend applications.
• Own services architecture, resilience, scalability, and robustness.
• Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Mentor other engineers on technical leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience as a software engineer with Golang.
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale web applications.
• Fluent in English.
• Product-driven and pragmatic problem solver.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby.
• Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design.
