๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive post-sales success for enterprise accounts deploying Vapi's voice agent platform. You'll ensure customer retention and expansion by managing complex deployments and orchestrating cross-functional execution. This role offers a chance to shape the post-sales model at a high-growth AI startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Establish structured sync cadences and proactive health monitoring.
- Drive renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews with executive-ready reporting.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting at B2B SaaS/API-first company.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with $100K+ ACV and complex deployments.
- Ability to engage VP and C-level executives as stakeholders.
- Technically fluent in APIs, integrations, and deployment workflows.

- Experience in voice, conversational AI, telephony, or contact center technology.
- Experience with AI/ML products.
- CRM hygiene and strong documentation habits.
