🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
• Define and monitor KPIs for the client management function
• Serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in client services or account management
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
