💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of GTM organization at a Series B user research platform, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to build scalable, AI-powered systems. Your work will directly improve funnel performance and forecast predictability for companies like Uber and Amazon.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose funnel performance and recommend actions to improve velocity
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve GTM efficiency and scalability
• Define and execute AI transformation strategy across GTM workflows
• Own and evolve GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, Gong

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or equivalent
• Proven track record managing modern GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, analytics)
• Experience redesigning business processes and leading cross-functional transformation
• Demonstrated success scaling AI and automation use cases in operations

• Experience with SQL and API integrations
• Background in GTM Engineering or Sales Operations
