💼 About This Role

You'll lead the setup and full operational performance of a new fine art storage site in New York. Your core impact is delivering high standards of care, security, and profitability across storage, handling, packing, and transport. You'll have the unique opportunity to build the site from the ground up as a hands-on leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day storage facility performance and security.
• Manage inbound/outbound artwork movements and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise fine art handling, packing, and crating operations.
• Optimize truck scheduling and route planning for regional deliveries.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics/operations management.
• Experience in fine art or high-value goods logistics.
• Proven experience managing teams and supervising leads.
• Strong technical expertise in fine art handling, packing, and crating.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with WMS/IMS tools for inventory management.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environment.
