You'll join a dynamic team supporting AI-driven financial services technology. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries related to retirement plan support, account integrations, and technical troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support or financial services
- Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management is advantageous
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product inquiries
- Deliver guidance on retirement plan offerings (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
- Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems for tracking and resolving interactions
