Description

You'll join a dynamic team supporting AI-driven financial services technology. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries related to retirement plan support, account integrations, and technical troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support or financial services
• Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management is advantageous
• Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate support via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product inquiries
• Deliver guidance on retirement plan offerings (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
• Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems for tracking and resolving interactions
