You'll own month-end close and reporting for two central entities at a global digital marketing agency, working closely with regional controllers. Your core impact is ensuring accurate financial consolidation and reporting. This role combines hands-on financial control with process improvement and system enhancement activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end close and reporting for two central entities
• Report on balance sheet and working capital variances
• Prepare group reporting deliverables and close trackers
• Lead and develop a small team of one accountant

📋 Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA or CIMA)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Record to Report (R2R) processes
• Familiarity with finance systems like FloQast, Sage, or NetSuite
• Ability to engage with stakeholders in a multinational, matrix-structured organisation

• Interest in leading and developing accounting professionals
