💼 About This Role

You'll join Closet America as a carpentry/installer helper, undergoing intensive training to quickly advance to Installer. You'll create organization and joy for customers by assembling custom closet systems in their homes. This role offers paid training and clear path to career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Read and interpret design drawings for assembly
• Carry products safely to workspaces and assemble
• Perform final surface detailing
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues

• Ability to work at least 2 weekends per month
