Description

As an early member of a new engineering technician team, you will build, set up, and run tests to support the development of a new electromechanical product. You'll work hands-on across mechanical, electrical, and software tools to validate product performance and reliability throughout the hardware development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proactive, can-do attitude with careful attention to detail and strong safety mindset
• Experience with high-voltage systems and safe handling of electrical equipment
• Ability to perform basic failure triage and support root-cause investigations
• Experience with test automation and data logging tools
• Ability to create and maintain build documentation

Responsibilities

• Build, set up, and execute validation tests for a new electromechanical product
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support FMEAs and test plan execution
• Assemble, install, and maintain test infrastructure such as fixtures, sensors, actuators, chambers, and power supplies
• Collect, organize, and document test data, observations, and results
• Support test automation and data logging tools, and manage lab inventory and organization
