🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily dispensary operations ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coach team members to deliver memorable in-store customer experiences.
• Oversee inventory, cash management, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management of the team.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years managing teams in a retail setting.
• Experience with POS business operations.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass required background checks.

• Cannabis experience preferred.
