You'll orchestrate delivery of complex engineering initiatives powering the Everpure Platform. You'll bridge technical architecture and business execution, ensuring high-quality releases. This role drives strategic alignment across Engineering and Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multiple concurrent workstreams from conception through deployment
• Establish and refine Agile processes across cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify technical dependencies and critical paths
• Manage CapEx and OpEx planning for engineering programs

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex software release programs
• Mastery in generating actionable metrics and dashboards
• Exceptional skill in coordinating across diverse teams
