You will lead the Infrastructure Solutions team, focusing on people leadership, team health, and career growth. You'll bridge technical execution and business strategy, managing budgets, defining roadmaps, and ensuring operational excellence across a hybrid on-prem and cloud estate.

Requirements

• People leadership experience with solid technical background
• Experience managing teams with skills in Linux, containers, Ansible, data streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ), databases (MySQL, Postgres), network management (Juniper), cloud (GCP, AWS), and CI/CD platforms
• Ability to shift focus multiple times a day in a dynamic environment
• Experience in budget management and defining roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers
• Conduct weekly 1-2-1s, manage performance reviews, and handle people management
• Schedule and lead formal training sessions for operational improvements
• Own the hiring process for your team and maintain an inclusive culture
• Create professional development plans for direct reports and foster a learning culture
