Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management or finance
• 4-6 years in financial planning or business planning
• Proficient in MS Office Excel
• Experience leading financial projects and improving processes
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Develop finance models to improve decision-making and cost efficiency

• Monitor key performance indicators and analyze variances
• Review and approve operational contracts
• Own weekly/monthly forecasting and operational planning tools
