💼 About This Role

You'll own certification strategy for novel autonomous cargo aircraft, working directly with senior regulators and technical leaders. Your work will bridge regulatory and engineering to enable safe, scalable operations. This high-ownership role influences aircraft design and global deployment from early concept through approval.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead certification and validation strategy for Skyways aircraft and operations.
• Interface with aviation authorities (FAA, EASA) on certification roadmap.
• Develop certification artifacts: certification bases, Means of Compliance, etc.
• Guide engineering decisions to align with certification and operational approval.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading complex aviation or UAS certification programs.
• Engagement with civil aviation authorities at a senior technical level.
• Ability to shape certification strategies in regulatory ambiguity.
• Skill translating between policy, safety, and technical domains.
