You will recruit and onboard new affiliates, negotiate partnership terms, and manage affiliate budgets to ensure optimal ROI. You'll collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as Affiliate Manager, preferably in gambling industry
• Experience with SEO traffic and tier 3 (Asia) markets
• English B2 proficiency
• Effective sales and negotiation skills
• Driven, results-oriented, with excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates for SEO, CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage affiliate budget including commissions and payouts
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI and report results
• Maintain timely invoicing and accurate commission payments
• Communicate daily with partners, provide ongoing support, and grow affiliate networks
