You'll join Midnite as the technical lead for a greenfield AI & Back Office team, building the internal platform that powers global operations. You'll lead three engineers to ship high-quality Python systems while driving practical AI integration across engineering workflows. This role offers total autonomy to shape architecture and AI experimentation from day one at a well-funded Series C startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect core backend systems for internal back office platform
• Manage and mentor a team of three engineers
• Prototype AI-powered improvements like RAG pipelines and intelligent alerting

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong Python proficiency
• Solid foundation in AWS cloud infrastructure
• Practical experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production

• Experience with configuration management and operational APIs
• Background in fintech or high-growth startups
