You'll join a high-growth sales team at Aircall, an AI-powered customer communications platform. You'll drive revenue by guiding SMB prospects through the sales cycle using consultative selling and a strong product knowledge.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and build pipeline for SMB accounts
- Guide prospects through sales cycle and document in Salesforce
- Conduct discovery calls and tailored demos using consultative selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close opportunities
- Forecast revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly
📋 Requirements
- 12+ months closing SMB/Mid-Market business
- Consistent quota attainment in high-volume transactional sales
- Familiarity with SPICED Sales Methodology
- Ability to articulate technical product value simply
