You'll join a high-growth sales team at Aircall, an AI-powered customer communications platform. You'll drive revenue by guiding SMB prospects through the sales cycle using consultative selling and a strong product knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and build pipeline for SMB accounts
  • Guide prospects through sales cycle and document in Salesforce
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailored demos using consultative selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close opportunities
  • Forecast revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly

📋 Requirements

  • 12+ months closing SMB/Mid-Market business
  • Consistent quota attainment in high-volume transactional sales
  • Familiarity with SPICED Sales Methodology
  • Ability to articulate technical product value simply
