💼 About This Role

You'll own the customer lifecycle for leading fintech and payment platforms, driving adoption and value from Coris' AI risk infrastructure. You'll proactively manage renewals and expansions while shaping our Customer Success playbook from scratch. This is a founding role where you'll set the bar for how success is defined and scaled.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the entire customer lifecycle post-implementation.
  • Run account reviews (QBRs, regular touchpoints) to drive outcomes.
  • Proactively manage customer health and identify risks early.
  • Drive renewals and expansions by spotting growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

  • 4–7 years of Customer Success / Account Management experience
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or fintech products
  • Comfortable leading executive conversations (Head of Risk, Product)
  • Track record of driving renewals and expansions

✨ Nice to Have

  • Worked with APIs, data platforms, or risk/fraud tooling
  • Experience building or scaling a Customer Success function
