You'll manage multi-disciplined convenience store construction projects from planning through closeout. You'll drive on-time delivery and financial goals while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage high-volume construction projects from $5k to $500k
• Ensure timely completion and adherence to plans and codes
• Interface directly with clients to define project requirements
• Prepare scope, budget, schedule milestones, and quality controls

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of direct construction or project management experience
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
• Proficiency in forecasting and preparing budgets
• Capability to apply standards to complex documents (contracts, SOW, surveys)

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience with convenience stores (C-stores)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• PMP certification
