You'll provide patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, building trust and continuity over time. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding and prescribe medications/treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues in skilled nursing facilities
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification as NP or PA
• Qualified specialty: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
