Description

As a Solutions Engineer, you will drive customer success by guiding them through technical sales engagements, delivering presentations, and managing proof-of-concept pilots. You'll collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and provide feedback from the field.

Requirements

• 6+ years of pre-sales engineering experience for enterprise back-end software
• 2+ years of RDBMS experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in solving problems with Couchbase Server
• Collaborate with sales team on account strategy
• Manage success of customer PoC/Pilots
• Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
• Engage with technical professionals at all levels
