💼 About This Role

You'll provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients in the Jacksonville/Beaches area. You'll make home visits to follow care plans, administer medication, and perform wound care. This role offers per-diem scheduling and no prior home health experience required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to management
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Florida
• Minimum one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
