You'll help bring company values to life by creating a service-first culture on the sales floor and supporting smooth store operations. You'll act as a role model for peers, delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching in the moment. As part of the leadership team, you may serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring the store reflects brand standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and model Rothy's Experience through exceptional service and selling
• Drive personal and team sales results by delivering the Rothy's Experience
• Create lasting customer relationships through strong clienteling practices
• Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring daily operations and service expectations

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience with some leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends and holidays

• Experience with merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership
