🎯 What You'll Do

• Own BJAK's UK brand identity and visual systems across all platforms
• Lead and mentor a small multidisciplinary UK creative team
• Build and manage creative workflows balancing quality, speed, and scalability
• Use data and market trends to optimize campaigns and creative output

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in visual design or creative leadership
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and multi-channel campaigns
• Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
