You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits and help manage daily operations while using your fandom knowledge to drive sales. This role offers a chance to grow within a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and merchandise product.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of music and pop culture trends.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
