💼 About This Role

You'll develop and implement Reflection AI's global privacy framework, working at the frontier of AI law. Your core impact will be translating complex regulations into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring privacy-by-design for open foundation models. This role offers a chance to shape privacy strategy at a hyper-scaling AI lab.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and oversee global privacy program aligning with GDPR, CCPA, and EU AI Act.
• Manage compliance lifecycle including data mapping, RoPA, and DPIAs.
• Advise product and engineering teams on data ingestion and model training.
• Develop tooling to automate DSAR and deletion request fulfillment.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years legal experience with at least 4 years in privacy and data protection.
• J.D. from accredited law school and active U.S. State Bar membership.
• Understanding of how LLMs or machine learning models work.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or managing a privacy legal function.

• Previous people management and/or team building experience.
• CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and/or CIPM certifications.
• Experience at an AI lab or model developer.
