You'll oversee sales targets and KPIs for a team of Sales Assistants in the FMCG sector. You'll provide briefings on new products and support field operations to achieve sales goals. This role offers hands-on involvement with a focus on audit completion and daily reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Update daily sales targets, KPIs, and promotions to SA.
• Brief SA on new product launches.
• Assist and go on field visits with SA to hit sales targets.
• Ensure all SA complete audits on time.

📋 Requirements

• Malaysian citizen aged 18+.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience as a salesperson.
• Own vehicle (motorcycle/car).

• Valid GDL license if driving company vehicle.
• Clean driving record.
• Android smartphone.
